When present, each organization also includes the caller's role in it: permissions (the organization role's permissions), role_id and role_name. Standard users have no organization role: permissions is [], role_id and role_name are null. is_admin is always returned, with or without this parameter.

When present, custom_permissions lists the custom permissions defined by each organization. Without it custom_permissions is [].
