Generation policies are a way to make it easier to manage device tokens. Instead of manually creating a device token it's possible to define one or more policies to generate the device tokens automatically upon request. For example given a device model it's possible to define a policy to generate a device token with a role for the first user that requests generation, and a device token with different role for other user requests.
